The quality of the Amazon service and its impact on my buying habits

Yesterday I ordered once again a pack of books from Amazon. Why Amazon, first because I am living nearly in the middle of nowhere, ok, not really, just in a small town in the former East Germany (DDR) and I do not have access to a good book shop. Second, because of the quality of the service here in Germany. Let me explain you further.

I am living in Germany since December 2005, I have already ordered 19 times some stuff on Amazon.de. I have no idea if it is a lot or not compared with the standard Amazon customer, but anyway, I strictly always get the order in less than 48h. I do not even take the overnight offer, just the standard one. When I order the Tuesday, the Wednesday I have an email telling me that it was sent and then the Thursday, hello, the DHL man (always the same and very nice) is there and bring me the parcel.

The net result is that now, I completely trust Amazon to provide me a good quality of service, I do not even think twice when clicking on the button to buy, I know I will get my order on time, with what I expected and in good conditions.

This is the quality of service I want to provide to the customers of Céondo Ltd. This is so comfortable for me to trust Amazon that way, I want people working with me to trust me the same way.

Edit: Just ordered something yesterday (9th of August) and got it this morning. Without even using the overnight express option… most likely a month without too much customers as they are on vacations…
