Amazon quality of service, continued

I already talked about the quality of service of Amazon, but I need to say, I had not tested to return some articles I bought but was not satisfied with. Now, I have done it and it works like that:

• Just sign in your Amazon account.
• Select your latest order.
• Click on the link to return part of the order.
• Simply select what you want to return.
• Bing, you get a ready to print page with 2 parts:
  1. The address with a reference number on the outside of the envelope.
  2. A bar code to put within the parcel you make.
• Go to your nearest post office and send.
• Wait not too long…
• You get an email saying thank you and you get everything paid back including the stamps you put on your parcel (I don’t know if there is a limit on the amount they pay back.)

High quality of service, once again.
